About the role:

The Harvest Technician is responsible for processing, curing, and trimming cannabis flower after harvest. This role will work in conjunction with cultivation to receive plants for processing and trimming before transferring to packaging. The Harvest Tech will monitor all plants to ensure clean and safe development within the controlled environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Receiving harvests from Cultivation and checking all plants to ensure health.
  • Cleaning and trimming plants to hang in drying rooms.
  • Ensuring drying room environments are controlled for the curing process.
  • Inspecting plants regularly along the curing timeline for readiness.
  • Processing dried plants through machinery.
  • Trimming leaves from plants after drying.
  • Using processing equipment for mass trimming and preparing materials for packaging.
  • Maintaining consistent output to meet established team and personal quotas.
  • Preparing and transferring product to fulfillment teams for packaging.
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment in accordance with SOP.
  • Cleaning all equipment and inspecting regularly for good operating condition.
  • Conducting inventory checks and maintaining a log for accurate records.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

You should also have:

  • Must be 21 years of age and pass a criminal background check.
  • HS Diploma/GED required.
  • Previous work experience required.
  • Experience in warehouse, packaging, distribution, or similar role, preferred.
  • Knowledge of Arizona marijuana laws and regulations or willingness to learn.
  • Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of AZDHS, HIPAA, and Arizona State.

Physical requirements:

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time.
  • Repetitive motion that may include wrists, hands, or fingers.
  • Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Hours: Full Time 40 hour/week, open availability.

(ii) An offense involving conduct that would be immune from arrest, prosecution, or penalty under section 36-2811 except that the conduct occurred before the effective date of this chapter or was prosecuted by an authority other than the state of Arizona.
